These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and tng888 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tng888 online gaming platform, accessible at https://tng888.cam, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet on tng888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on tng888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tng888 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons are not permitted to hold Member accounts.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, using your own true identity and personal financial accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or family member of a household that includes an employee of tng888 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from tng888 or any related platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must ensure that participation in online gaming is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your place of residence before registering.

tng888 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account where, in our reasonable assessment, the eligibility conditions above have not been met or where providing services to a particular user would violate applicable laws or regulations.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only on tng888. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.1   Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly should it change. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. tng888 reserves the right to require verification of any information you provide at any time.

4.2   KYC Verification

tng888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a copy of your Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License, a recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months, and a selfie holding your identity document — before your account is fully activated or before your first withdrawal is processed. Verification typically completes within 24 to 48 hours.

4.3   Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. tng888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You agree to notify tng888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

tng888 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and automated fraud detection systems. Notwithstanding these measures, you are responsible for the security of your account and for all activities conducted through it.

• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered and are strongly encouraged to do so.
• You must not access your tng888 account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without appropriate protection.
• You must not permit any third party to access your account on your behalf, including for the purpose of placing bets.
• You must notify tng888 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting our support team at [email protected].

tng888 reserves the right to suspend any account that shows unusual login patterns, multiple login attempts from different IP addresses, or other indicators of potential compromise, pending verification with the account holder.

All deposits on tng888 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX — supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB — with deposits converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing

6.1   Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction, unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum. Minimum amounts for cryptocurrency deposits are stated in fiat-equivalent MYR at the time of deposit.

6.2   Deposit Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into your tng888 account are legitimately yours, that you are the authorised account holder of the payment instrument used, and that no deposited funds originate from any illegal or fraudulent activity. tng888 reserves the right to request evidence of fund ownership and to freeze deposits pending investigation if fraud is suspected.

6.3   Failed or Reversed Deposits

tng888 shall not be liable for delays or failed deposit processing caused by your bank or payment provider. If a deposit is reversed, charged back, or disputed after gaming activity has been conducted using those funds, tng888 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from those funds and to suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

tng888 aims to process the majority of withdrawals within 60 minutes of approval for e-wallet methods and within one business day for bank wire transfers. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

7.1   KYC Prerequisite

Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be approved. Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts with outstanding identity verification documents.

7.2   Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

7.3   Withdrawal Method Matching

tng888 applies a withdrawal method matching policy for anti-money laundering compliance. Where a deposit was made via a specific payment method (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet or Maybank FPX), the corresponding withdrawal will be directed to the same payment instrument up to the amount deposited via that method. Withdrawals of net winnings may be directed to your nominated bank account.

7.4   Withdrawal Processing Times

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes after approval.
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: typically 5–15 minutes during banking hours.
• Bank Wire Transfer: typically 15–60 minutes; may extend to one business day for first-time withdrawals pending additional verification.

Processing times are estimates and may vary. tng888 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions outside of our control.

tng888 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

8.1   Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements for standard bonuses typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise.

8.2   One Bonus per Player

Only one active bonus may be held in a Member's account at any time, unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking. Attempting to claim duplicate bonuses using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account suspension.

8.3   Birthday and Referral Bonuses

Birthday bonuses are credited in the Member's birthday month based on their VIP tier at that time (Bronze: MYR 188; Silver: MYR 388; Gold: MYR 888; Diamond and above: MYR 2,688). Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are credited after the referred friend has registered and completed their first qualifying deposit of at least RM 50. Both the referrer and referred friend must maintain accounts in good standing.

8.4   Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of artificial accounts will be treated as bonus abuse. tng888 reserves the right to void bonus winnings, reclaim credited bonus amounts, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

All games offered on tng888 are provided by third-party game studios whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently tested and certified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles reflect the certified baseline configuration and are not altered by tng888.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on tng888's servers, the server-side record shall be conclusive and shall govern the outcome of the wager.

tng888 accepts no liability for system failures, disconnections, or interruptions that occur during a game session due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Member's end. Where a session is interrupted mid-game and the outcome cannot be determined, tng888 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last verified state.

Sports betting odds are updated in real time and reflect the prevailing market at the time the bet is accepted. Bets accepted before a market is suspended are valid unless the specific event conditions are subject to an explicit void clause stated in the relevant sportsbook rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tng888 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, the sportsbook, or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament.
• Placing bets that are mathematically guaranteed to result in net profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage) across accounts or markets in breach of tng888's betting rules.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other Members or the platform's back-end systems without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tng888 staff, support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.

tng888 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take that responsibility seriously. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Members through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set automatic pop-up reminders at specified intervals to help you monitor how long you have been gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from all tng888 services. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the elected period expires. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications.

tng888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority.
• Reasonable belief that continued operation of the account would expose tng888 to legal, reputational, or financial risk.

Upon account closure for reasons not attributable to Member misconduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements shall be forfeited upon closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tng888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any services offered therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, tng888 does not accept liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from gaming activities.
• Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity disruptions that are outside of tng888's reasonable control.
• Errors or omissions in published game odds or RTP figures where those figures are sourced from third-party game providers.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including delayed or failed transfers.
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits tng888's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All content on the tng888 platform — including but not limited to the tng888 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tng888 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from tng888.

Any unauthorised use of tng888's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which tng888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

tng888 makes no representation that the platform or any of its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of tng888 complies with the laws of your country or territory of residence. tng888 shall not be held responsible for any legal consequences arising from a Member's use of the platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

tng888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via a platform notification or email to the registered email address associated with their account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to address a legal or security matter.

Your continued use of tng888 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
